About this Study
This study examines how prospective students navigate college websites during the search and application process. During a moderated usability session, participants will complete a series of tasks on a college website while thinking aloud, allowing the researcher to identify pain points, observe information-seeking behaviors, and understand how students make decisions online. Findings will inform recommendations for improving the clarity, accessibility, and user experience of college websites fo
