About this Study
Help us understand customer needs and help build a better streaming service experience. Your participation will help improve a major streaming service's experience. This study will take place between July 27 and July 31, 2026 in our research lab in Bellevue, WA and will last for 60 minutes. During the session you will speak with a researcher about your viewing experiences and behaviors, and provide feedback on prototypes.
