About this Study
We are conducting a research study to understand how people think about and experience tax filing. We're exploring new concepts for how that experience could be improved, and your feedback will help shape the direction of future features. This session will be conducted remotely via Lookback. During the session, we'll ask you to share your thoughts on your tax filing experience and react to some early-stage design concepts we're exploring.
